Enterprise software infrastructure for regulated business environments. All services require director-level account setup, verified beneficial ownership, and ongoing compliance reporting. Kevin reviews escalations.
VPN for Business
Enterprise encrypted network access. Full packet inspection available to authorised administrators. Split-tunnelling is disabled by default and requires written approval.
CRM
Customer relationship management platform. Data sovereignty is subject to Southbag data residency policy SB-DATA-2021. Export functionality requires 30 days notice.
Version Control
Source code repository management. All commits are retained permanently. Repository access may be suspended during compliance reviews. Code is never fully deleted.
Analytics
Business intelligence and reporting infrastructure. Southbag retains aggregate analytics across all accounts for internal benchmarking and product improvement.
Ecommerce
Managed storefront and transaction processing. All orders are subject to Southbag fulfilment policies. Southbag may reject transactions without explanation.
Secure Access
Identity and access management for enterprise environments. All authentication events are logged and retained. Privileged access reviews are conducted monthly by Southbag.
MDM
Mobile device management for enrolled corporate devices. Southbag reserves the right to remotely wipe enrolled devices. Wipe actions are logged but not reversible.
Data Lake
Managed data storage and processing infrastructure. Southbag may access stored data for operational, compliance, and quality assurance purposes without notice.
AI for Business
Enterprise AI inference and model access. Prompts and outputs are logged for quality assurance and policy compliance. Do not submit trade secrets or regulated data.
Edge Compute
Distributed computation infrastructure. Workload placement is determined by Southbag routing policies. Geographic preferences are advisory, not guaranteed.
What is expected of you.
Annual Compliance Review
All business accounts are subject to an annual compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days results in account suspension.
Data Residency Declaration
You must declare the jurisdictions in which your data may be processed. Southbag's data residency policies take precedence over your declaration.
Incident Reporting
Security incidents must be reported to Southbag within 4 hours of detection. Southbag will determine whether the incident is reportable to regulatory authorities.
Acceptable Use Policy
All usage of Southbag Business services must comply with the current version of the Acceptable Use Policy. Policy updates are effective immediately upon publication.
Executive Escalation
Disputes, policy exceptions, and compliance waivers escalate to Kevin. His decisions are final. No further appeals process is available for matters reviewed personally by Kevin.
Termination and Offboarding
Account termination requires 90 days notice. Data export is available for 30 days post-termination. After 30 days, data is archived and not retrievable without a written executive request.
